Do I need a static IP for my routers?

Not at all. We fully support VPN tunneling, which means you can connect routers that are behind strict CGNAT or dynamic IPs seamlessly.

Does it work with RouterOS v7?

Yes, MikroRadius is constantly updated. We fully support both the legacy RouterOS v6 API and the new, faster RouterOS v7 API.

What happens if I exceed my user limit?

We will never abruptly disconnect your users. If you exceed your plan's limit, we'll notify you via email to upgrade your tier within 7 days.

Are there any hidden setup fees?

No hidden fees. The price you see is exactly what you pay per month. Setup, updates, and standard maintenance are all included.
