At MikroRadius ("we", "our", or "us"), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our ISP management software and services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and billing details provided during registration.
• Network Data: IP addresses, MAC addresses, and session duration logs required for RADIUS authentication.
• Router Credentials: IP addresses, usernames, and passwords of MikroTik routers you connect to our system (stored utilizing industry-standard encryption).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide the Service. This includes generating vouchers, processing billing for your subscribers, authenticating users via RADIUS, and providing customer support. We do not sell your data or your end-users' browsing habits to advertisers.

3. Data Retention

RADIUSA accounting logs (session history) are retained for 12 months by default to comply with standard ISP data retention regulations. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support.

4. Third-Party Services

We may share limited data with trusted third-party service providers only when necessary for operation, such as:
• Payment Processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for handling subscription payments.
• SMS Gateways (e.g., Twilio) for sending OTPs or billing reminders.

5. Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. All API connections between MikroRadius and your routers are secured via VPN or TLS encryption where supported.
