Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MikroRadius ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. The Service is designed to assist Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and Hotspot operators in managing their MikroTik routers and user billing.

2. Service License

MikroRadius grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business operations. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the source code.
• Use the Service to manage illegal content or facilitate cyber-attacks.
• Resell the Service software itself (White Label plans excluded).

3. Liability & Router Configuration

MikroRadius provides tools to manage MikroTik RouterOS devices via API and RADIUS. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the configuration and security of your hardware. We are not liable for network outages, router lockouts, or data loss caused by misconfiguration or third-party ISP failures.

4. Payments & Refunds

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, refunds are not provided for partial months. For "Enterprise" or "Custom" integrations, specific contract terms will apply.

5. Data Privacy

We respect your data. MikroRadius stores only the necessary data to perform authentication and billing functions (e.g., username, bandwidth usage, session time). We do not sell your end-users' browsing history or personal data to third parties.
