Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with MikroRadius. However, because our software is a digital product delivered via cloud or self-hosted license, we have specific guidelines for refunds.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For all new Starter and Professional monthly subscriptions, we offer a "no questions asked" 7-day money-back guarantee. If the software does not meet your needs within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, simply contact support for a full refund.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

• Immediate Effect: Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
• No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused time if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle.

3. Enterprise & Custom Licenses

Refunds are not available for:
• One-time "Lifetime" licenses.
• "Enterprise" plans with custom contracts (unless specified in the contract).
• Custom development or setup fees once the work has commenced.

4. Technical Failures

If the software fails to function due to a bug in our code that our support team cannot resolve within 72 hours, you are eligible for a prorated refund for that month, regardless of the 7-day window. This does not apply to issues caused by your own hardware or ISP configuration.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email us with your Account Email and Transaction ID. We process refunds within 5-10 business days.
